htezgah takes the responsibility of protecting its users' personal and business data seriously. This document explains what data is collected, how it is used and how it is protected.
What we collect
When you sign up: your email, full name and password. While using the service: your product/order/customer records. Technically: IP and session data.
How we use the data
Your data is used only to deliver and improve the service.
- Manage your account and ensure login security
- Operate Trendyol integration (using credentials you provide)
- Comply with legal obligations
Storage and encryption
Each tenant has its own isolated Cloudflare D1 database. Sensitive data (such as Trendyol API key) is AES-256-GCM encrypted in Cloudflare KV. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share with third parties except for legal obligations. The Trendyol integration transmits your data to your own Trendyol account with your consent.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion via the contact page. Your tenant database is irreversibly deleted within 30 days.
