These terms apply to all users of htezgah (htezgah.hecekasoft.com and app.htezgah.hecekasoft.com). By using the service you accept these terms.
1. Service description
htezgah is a multi-tenant SaaS store management service with native Trendyol integration for clothing and footwear retailers.
2. Account & responsibility
The user is responsible for account security. Not sharing your password and preventing third-party access is the user's obligation.
3. License & billing
After the 30-day free trial, unless a license is activated, the account is set to read-only mode. License types (yearly, lifetime) are listed on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
Uploading content that violates laws, morals or third-party rights is prohibited. Automated scraping and malicious API usage will result in account suspension.
5. Service level
We target 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance. Cloudflare infrastructure is used; service is delivered via the global CDN.
6. Changes and termination
Terms may be updated as necessary; major changes are announced via email. Users may terminate their account at any time.
